  • Comprehensively redesigned the corporate website from the ground up. Post-launch, user time on site increased by 160% and form submissions increased by 500%.
  • Redesigned, programmed and maintained client micro-sites that monitored real-time warehouse operations.
  • Developed a superhero-themed multi-media touchscreen presentation kiosk, digital ads and landing pages for the MODEX trade show. Invata was named “Standout Exhibitor.”

TJX is the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S. & worldwide, with four global home offices, seven brands and nearly 4,700 stores in nine countries.

  • Engineered Marshalls HTML email templates, which exceeded their record for the most open and click-through rates.
  • Concepted and produced Marshalls organic posts, earning the company’s highest social media metrics.
  • Campaigned to the brand that our organic posts outperformed our external agency’s posts, winning the $2MM+ Paid Social media campaign for the internal creative department.
  • Helped establish the TJX Rewards Program by designing all possible user case scenarios for the initial version of the Rewards website.
  • Co-created and co-produced IHAF Gold award-winning video for the TJX Companies.
  • Closely trained and managed multiple creative members, helping them develop into productive and essential teammates.
  • Directed photo shoots to capture content for our social media, emails, and website.

  • Evaluated all projects, designed options and implemented innovative solutions based on the client’s needs (everything from web banners, websites and email campaigns).
  • Hired, trained and mentored interns/staff in web development and multi-media.
  • Clients included Arnold Advertising, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, Celebrity Cruises, Comp USA, Chevy Chase Bank, E3 Expo, Massachusetts Travel & Tourism, TickesNow.com, and several nonprofits.
